     The Plovdiv Bar Association is an autonomous organization that unites all lawyers in the Plovdiv judicial district, registered according to the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and practicing their professional activities.

     The choice of server was based on its high performance and reliability, which will contribute to faster and more stable information exchange at the Varna Bar Association. Virtualization is an integral part of its effective use, with significant digital solutions anticipated for all lawyers in the future.

     The migration of the existing server system and installation of the new server aim to improve internal communication at the Varna Bar Association and increase the efficiency of information exchange. These steps are directed towards optimizing work processes.

     The cooperation between "BISOFT" Ltd. and the Varna Bar Association highlights the importance of innovations in the field of information technology for improving work processes and providing better services to clients.      "BISOFT" Ltd. notifies you that on 10.10.2023, a system failure was detected in the system servicing the activities of the Bar Association, due to the expiration of security certificates. These must be paid for by the Bar Association within 7 days before their expiration date.

     It is precisely due to the untimely fulfillment of this obligation by the Bar Association that the system failure occurred, despite a written warning from "BISOFT" Ltd. to the Bar Association about the due payment before the expiration date of the security certificates.

     "BISOFT" Ltd. was forced to mobilize its full resources to restore normal operations, in order to minimize the inconvenience caused to the lawyers of the Sofia Bar Association, which lasted only 8 hours on 10.10.2023.

     The relations between "BISOFT" Ltd. and the Sofia Bar Association in this regard are governed by a contract concluded between the parties.

     "BISOFT" Ltd. expresses its regret for the inconvenience caused, due to the negligent and uninterested attitude of the Bar Council of the Sofia Bar Association regarding the fulfillment of their contractual obligations.

     "BISOFT" Ltd. notifies all lawyers who are members of the "LAWYER" Insurance Fund of the Sofia Bar Association that due to non-payment by the "LAWYER" Insurance Fund of its obligations under Contract No. 42/07.11.2008 for subscription and maintenance of the "BARKEEPER" software system for managing the activities of the "LAWYER" Insurance Fund of the Sofia Bar Association, for the period from October 2020 to 11.09.2023, "BISOFT" Ltd. has suspended the right of the "LAWYER" Insurance Fund to use the system as of 07:00 on 12.09.2023. The amounts for the contested period are subject to two ongoing legal proceedings.

     In light of the fact that the aforementioned system is used by lawyers, members of the "LAWYER" Insurance Fund of the Sofia Bar Association, to pay insurance contributions to the NRA and membership fees to the fund, for any questions regarding this matter, please contact the "LAWYER" Insurance Fund.
