Today, on 28^th April 2017, an agreement was concluded between the Bar Association Plovdiv and the District Court - Parvomay for cooperation through the exchange of information through the software system "Document Authenticator". On 13^th March 2017, Eng. Dimitar Andreev - Owner and Manager of “BISOFT” LTD. was a participant in the "City Meeting for the Development of the Entrepreneurial Environment", initiated by the Ministry of Economy, the Executive Agency for Promotion of Small and Medium Enterprises and supported by Plovdiv Municipality. The meeting was held in the House of Culture "Boris Hristov" in a small conference hall, which brought together entrepreneurs of small businesses and startups, representatives of medium and large businesses, educational and public institutions, regional NGOs and others. The main goal of the initiative is to establish direct contact between institutions and entrepreneurs and a constructive dialogue between them as well as to discuss opportunities for joint cooperation in order to solve local problems. Eng. Dimitar Andreev came up with proposals that were recorded at the meeting and should be submitted to the Ministry of Economy. On 21^st March 2017, in the Military Court Plovdiv was integrated "Communication Module" to the Software System "Official Defense", serving the legal aid system under the PPA. The respective module aims at bilateral communication between the Plovdiv Military Court and the Plovdiv Bar Association. Thanks to the integrated module, the lawyers from the Plovdiv Bar Association will have the opportunity to monitor the cases initiated and heard in the Plovdiv Military Court.

Bisoft Ltd. has completed the process of integration of "Communication Module" to the software system "Official Defense" at the district court level in Sofia. The "Communication Module" provides two-way communication between the software system "Office Security" and SAS "Court Records", thus significantly saving the technological time for exchange of information between institutions, as well as the costs of this activity.
